Just trying to get a nut? A corn nut?

So, I went to the school bookfair the other day and I bought me a book. A cupcake design book. I have decided that I am going to be a cupcake expert, or at least give it a good shot. So, Saturday was my brother's 30th birthday and so I decided to let the kids pick out some cupcakes from my new book to make for him and of course they picked out these corn cob ones. Aren't they just adorable? I was very proud and thought they compared pretty nicely to those in the book.
I absolutley live at the funny farm!! Today, I have documented proof of it. I came home for lunch today and when I pulled into my driveway this is what I saw.

My cat, Sally Dog, had a squirell treed or lamped or light up whatever you want to call it. I have no idea how the rodent got up there or how long it had been up there. I do know that it was barking at me and that I was very worried that it might be a flying squirell, so I got these shots and then got the heck out of dodge. It stayed up there for the entire 45 minutes I was home and as I backed my jeep out of the garage it was gone. Absolutely hilarious scene!!!!!!!!

So, for my commercial of the week. I have one in mind and a very funny story that I do not think I have ever shared with you to go with it. I'm off to youtube land to see if I can find the commercial. Stay tuned.
